1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the D.Ford Tours website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

D.Ford Tours provides airport pickup, hotel transfers, and guided tour services throughout Jamaica. Our services include transportation, tour guides, and access to various tourist attractions and destinations.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking channels
• Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful booking
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-shows will not be refunded

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Arrive at designated pickup points on time
• Follow safety instructions provided by tour guides
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Maintain appropriate behavior during tours

6. Limitation of Liability

D.Ford Tours is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur during tours or transportation services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Force Majeure

D.Ford Tours is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
